Gift Wrap
All items are beautifully gift wrapped FREE with a personal note included. Please look for the text box during checkout to add your personal message that will accompany your gift directly to the recipient.
Confirmation of Your Order and Receipt
When your order is processed you will receive an e-mail to confirm. Please review your order confirmation immediately and notify us if any changes need to be made. Since most of our items are sent directly to the recipient as gifts, we never include an invoice with the package. Your order confirmation serves as your receipt.

Shipping
We do our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of order being placed. We treat each and every order with great care no matter how big or small. Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service or UPS. The average shipping time is 2-5 days. Express shipping is also available for an additional fee. Items that require customization may take longer to ship.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original packaging and condition, for a credit or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Personalized items are not returnable. Please note: Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Damaged merchandise is fully refundable if we are notified within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
